Help Center

Autera connects car buyers and sellers in Morocco. Sellers publish active listings, buyers browse with filters, and both sides can use Autera messages or phone contact when available.

Autera does not charge buyers to browse listings or contact sellers. The car’s price and any purchase costs are agreed separately with the seller.

Click 'Contact Seller' on any listing to message the seller or reveal available phone contact.

Review the photos, specs, mileage, price, and seller details. Ask for recent photos, service records, and documents before arranging a viewing.

Ask the seller whether the price is negotiable. Compare similar cars and explain your offer using the vehicle’s condition, mileage and service history.

Autera facilitates communication but does not process payments directly. Agree payment terms with the seller only after viewing the car and checking documents.

Contact Autera support if you experience an issue. Autera can review platform activity, but buyers and sellers remain responsible for checking the car, documents, and payment terms before completing a transaction.

Listings are checked before publication. Timing can vary by listing quality and queue volume, and you'll be notified when your listing goes live.
