Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using Autera, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Autera LLC.

Autera is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of vehicles in Morocco. We provide a platform for users to list, browse, and connect regarding vehicle sales. Autera does not own, sell, or purchase vehicles directly. We are not a party to any transaction between users, but we may facilitate connections and provide verification services.

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Users may create listings for vehicles they own or are authorized to sell. You represent and warrant that all information in your listings is accurate, complete, and current. You are solely responsible for your listings and any content you submit. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws. Autera may verify certain information about vehicles and sellers, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information.

Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. Autera is not responsible for the completion, quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of transactions. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including vehicle inspections, verification of ownership, and compliance with legal requirements. We strongly recommend meeting in safe, public locations and bringing knowledgeable companions when viewing vehicles.

Autera may charge fees for premium features, verified listings, and advertising services. We work with third-party payment processors including Stripe and Payzone. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with appropriate notice.

We may offer verification services for vehicles and users. Our verification badge indicates that we have reviewed certain information, but it does not guarantee the accuracy of all listing details or the quality of the vehicle. Verification does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee. Users should conduct their own independent verification and inspection.

You may not: (a) use the Service for illegal activities; (b) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (c) impersonate others or misrepresent your identity; (d) interfere with the Service's operation; (e) harvest user data; (f) create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions; (g) use automated systems to access the Service; (h) transmit harmful code or spam; (i) violate intellectual property rights; or (j) engage in any activity that could harm Autera or its users.

The Autera platform, including its design, functionality, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Autera LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use content you submit. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant this license. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your personal information, but no system is completely secure.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTERA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved in Moroccan courts. We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first. If formal proceedings are necessary, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Morocco.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our platform. Material changes will be communicated through email or platform notifications. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you should discontinue using the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. Section headings are for convenience only.
